Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Abayas, miniature portraits and smaller items can be delivered within the Kingdom only.
These items are handled by our fulfillment center.
• Processing Time: 24–48 hours
• Delivery Time:
Within Riyadh: Typically 1–3 working days after processing.
Rest of the Kingdom: 2- 5 working days.

Bulkier, Fragile, or Oversized Items (you will see these marked in the product description page): These are only delivered within Riyadh, with very few exceptions as they require special handling and careful packaging.

• Delivery Time: Generally 5–10 working days, sometimes slightly longer depending on
the item’s fragility.

If you live outside of Riyadh but within the Kingdom, please contact us at
Salam@chouqduff.com to see if an exception can be made for bulkier items.

Please note, express shipping is not available for large or delicate items. Each piece travels slowly and safely, wrapped with the same care with which it was made.
